"Nadirem" comes from my mother's name — it means "my rare one". Not a brand name, but a family sentence.
My mother Nadire has been baking cakes for over 25 years. I was born in 1997; by the time she started dropping me off at kindergarten — around 3 or 4 — she was already at work in her kitchen. She'd drop me off at school, come home, and head straight to the cake. As far back as I can remember, I've always seen her baking.
For many years she did this in Tashkent. We moved to Istanbul in 2015 — the recipes came with us, every bit as careful, only the palate adjusted to this new country.
For her, this was never about money. She bakes because she loves it. Maybe that's why the taste lingers — anyone who tries her cake comes back. Since 2016-17, there are families whose birthday cake she's made every single year. The children have grown, the cakes have changed, but my mother's hand is still at the same table.
This site is the digital version of that signature. Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Maltepe — every district of Istanbul's Asian side, delivered by our own courier in 48 hours. No catalog, no stock. You message on WhatsApp, tell us what's on your mind. Mom thinks about it in the kitchen, we talk design, we agree on a price. Quote within 4 hours, cake at your door in 48.
A mother is making this, not a machine. That's why we don't compete with factories — you're working with an artisan.
